The bar was purchased in 2020 and has been used by 2 growing and big teens, very happily. We've been pleased with all elements of the bar. However, a cross support bar (to assist in squatting) has broken. I contacted Amazon to purchase a replacement bar and was completely shut down. Basically "NO" - I'm too late. Well, sorry your product lasted longer than you thought and now I just need a replacement part. You're inability to provide a replacement support bar has just rendered my rack useless. Can't really just use the right support bar without the whole weight just sliding down on me. That's pretty messed up. You should be happy that I'm happy with my purchase and find my the support bars! This is SOO unlike Amazon in my experience. Not happy now. This is a one and done purchase from Sunny!
