Pastor Frank and Rev. Penny Zerbel have been involved in music for over 30 years. Penny is an accomplished pianist and has been working with in the church setting playing piano, organ and leading the music programs since she was 12 years old. With all of this experience behind her she now is the co-founder Forgiven Outreach Music, and is in charge of transcription and choral arrangements. Pastor Frank spent 20 years on the road as a country musician and has worked with several record labels including RCA. In the late 80's Frank dedicated his life to the Lord and in 1998 became an ordained Pastor. Frank has taken his talents and turned to Christian music composing, recording and publishing. It is Frank and Penny's goal to bring the Gospel of Christ to the world through the Word and praise the Lord through music.
