The set screw stirrups that hold the wire are extremely flimsy and made from sheet metal and folded over with the set screw running through instead of being one piece of heavy metal. When torquing the set screws down the stirrups deform and strip. Rivet that holds the physical ground strip on the side is too big and will not allow the plug to go in and twist and lock. I had to remove it and put in a 440 flathead stainless screw with a nylon lock nut on the outside. The average Joe that tries to install this is going to be very frustrated because of these issues. This item should be pulled from Amazon, it's junk. This is why Hubble gets almost a hundred bucks for this type of receptacle.
